 Gentle chair yoga is a great way to stretch and strengthen your body. Yoga therapist Allison Wilmes will show you how to release tight back and shoulder muscles, stretch your legs and hips, and open your chest to breathe deeply. The session will end with a guided relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and energized.
