 Spend an evening with Chef Michael Maddox (of Le Titi de Paris) and learn some great recipes to make your family favorites. Michael will be making smoked salmon and Idaho potato latkes & dill citrus creme, wild mushroom, spring leeks, & bell pepper strudel, and Parisian citrus tart with caramelized Italian meringue.
