Event Type: Adult Program
Date: 6/13/2018
Start Time: 7:00 PM
End Time: 8:30 PM
Description:
Coyotes, raccoons and skunks…oh my! Chris Anchor, Senior Wildlife Biologist for the FPCC, will talk about the many aspects of wildlife in the forest preserves including deer, coyotes, raccoons and skunks. Chris will answer your questions about how to deal with wildlife that wander into our neighborhoods.

One of our greatest community treasures is Busse Woods, part of the Forest Preserves of Cook County (FPCC). With walking and biking trails, fishing, boat rentals and picnic groves, Busse Woods provides more than 3,500 acres of nature to enjoy. Meet some of the experts who maintain the forest preserves and learn how you can not only enjoy but help take care of this wonderful natural resource. These programs are a collaboration between EGVPL, Living Green in Elk Grove, and the Forest Preserves of Cook County.
